John Edwards achieved verdicts and settlements totaling $60 million for cases where he argued that not giving a c-section causes cerebral palsy (CP) over a 10 year period. The connection he painted to juries has since been debunked, so has any of the money been given back? Nope. He even pretended to channel an unborn baby.
He also represented a family who’s 3-year-old child had been disemboweled by a pool drain pump’s suction. Other children had removed the drain cover because the swim club had failed to install it properly. Edwards argued that there should been an additional warning.
Here’s the part that should make your blood boil: in Edwards closing statement, HE REFERENCED THE DEATH OF HIS SON WADE WHO DIED IN A CAR ACCIDENT.
John Edwards is the epitome of an ambulance chasing lawyer. If you were to catalog the top 10 cases that represent why Americans hate lawyers, Edwards would have at least 2 of them.
This man has no shame. His politics are socialist. John Edwards would be a DANGEROUS president. Do NOT elect him.
